(MENAFN) One of the biggest airlines within Europe German airline Lufthansa recommenced its flights to the Egyptian capital of Cairo following a one-day halt.
Lufthansa suspended on Saturday alongside British Airways services to Cairo as a result of security concerns.
Meanwhile, British Airways decided to impose the suspension to Cairo flights for seven days.
Lufthansa announced that "as safety is the number one priority of Lufthansa, the airline has temporarily suspended its flights to Cairo today as a precaution."
