(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, July 20 (Petra) -- HRH Prince Feisal, the Regent, on Saturday received the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Nasser Bourit.
The meeting, at the Husseiniya Palace, tackled the depth of brotherly and historic relations between the two countries under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II and his brother King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
The two sides also stressed the importance of maintaining close coordination between their two countries, as they share similar views on various issues, especially the Palestinian cause and Jerusalem.
During the meeting, Bourit conveyed His Majesty King Mohammed VI's greetings to his brother King Abdullah II, while HRH Prince Faisal, asked the Moroccan minister to convey greetings of His Majesty the King to his brother King Mohammed VI.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi .
