(MENAFN) Vietnam News Agency reported that, two men were under arrest on Friday in Vietnam's northern Hoa Binh region for transferring 100 cakes of heroin.
The two men, are 25 and 30 years old, both from northern Hai Duong region, were caught red- handed transferring the drug in their car on a national highway section in Mai Chau district.
Those found guilty of smuggling over 600 grams of heroin or more than 2.5 kg of methamphetamine are punishable by execution and Making or trading 100 grams of heroin or 300 grams of other illegal drugs also faces death penalty, according to the Vietnamese law.
