70 percent of Omani oil bought by China over past month


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, the monthly report of Oman's Ministry of Oil and Gas showed that China bought 70 percent of Omani oil over the past month.

The report emphasized that Oman's crude oil production in June reached 29 million barrels, and 24 million barrels of the total were exported.

China is still the main buyer of Omani crude as China's imports from Omani oil saw an increase of 5.15 percent month on month in June.

Oman's total oil production over the past year has reached 357 million barrels, while its total oil exports hit 289 million barrels, the report affirmed.
