(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) Sports Minister Harin Fernando has called for the resignation of the Sri Lanka Cricket coaching staff.
Fernando has requested the Sri Lanka Cricket Board to urge the coaching staff to step down after the upcoming Bangladesh cricket tour to Sri Lanka.
The request follows Sri Lanka's failure to qualify for the 2019 Cricket World Cup semi-final.
Chandika Hathurusingha is the head coach of the Sri Lanka cricket team.
