(MENAFN) On Wednesday, high-ranking officials from Iran and Oman conferred trade and transport relations during two different meetings that took place in Muscat.
The first meeting occurred between Oman's Minister of Commerce and Industry Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidi and Iran's Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade of Iran Reza Rahmani, Times of Oman reported.
The meeting touched on bilateral trade indices, ways to boost trade exchange and direct investment between the both nations, in addition to enhancing bilateral cooperation between Oman and Iran in several economic domains, including minerals and labor force.
The meeting was presented from the Omani party by officials of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, while it was represented from the Iranian party by several top officials from trade, mining and shipping fields.
