KUWAIT CITY, July 11: Directorate of Manpower and Immigration in Cairo announced that it receives applications from 5,000 citizens every month to work in Kuwait, reviews their contracts, and authenticates their documents in order to get their entry visa with the cooperation of the Embassy of Kuwait in Cairo, reports Al-Rai daily.

It clarified that it reviews the clauses in the contracts in order to protect the rights of the workers overseas, such as ensuring the wage is appropriate for the profession, the contract covers the accommodation, annual leave, and adequate medical treatment, and the sponsor would bear the costs of the fl ight tickets.
