Oman, Iran discuss ways to increase trade cooperation

(MENAFN) On Wednesday, trade and transport relations between the Sultanate and Iran were conferred during two different meetings.

The first meeting occurred On Wednesday when Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidi, Minister of Commerce and Industry welcomed in his office Reza Rahmani, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The meeting touched on indicators of inter-trade and ways of enhancing the trade cooperation and direct investment between the both nations, in addition to boosting the bilateral ties between the Sultanate and the Islamic Republic of Iran several economic domains, minerals and labor force.

The meeting was represented from the Omani party by Undersecretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry and several other high-ranking officials, while a number of top Iranian officials represented Iran at the meeting.
