(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, July 1 (Petra) Prime Minister Omar Razzaz said that the new Real Estate Ownership Law is both model and modern as it combines the regulations of 13 laws and 19 legislations.
During a workshop on the law organized by the Justice Ministry, the prime minister pointed to the importance of the law which will go into effect as of next September, adding that the law takes into consideration legal stability and social and economic dimensions.
Razzaz pointed to the importance of the contracting and construction sector in stimulating the national economy in addition to its positive impact on domestic spending.
The government he said, sought to solve all problems facing the sector through intensive dialogues with concerned parties, adding that the government also took a number of measures to stimulate the real estate sector.
