(MENAFN) Woman supposedly attacked a 26 year old woman who was 30 weeks pregnant was walking to work in inner Sydney and smashed her head heavily into a pole and the CCTV of the incident shows Mahe"s assumed victim being punched in the head and then rammed into a pole.
Olivier Mahe the 28 years old was charged with physical attack that caused bodily harm and will be sent to a mental health facility outside of jail because as her lawyer Danielle Roth presented a Justice Health report on Tuesday in Central Local Court that she has clinical depression and has been treated for schizophrenia in the past.
She wished-for Mahe to be taken to a therapeutic location for mental health treatment outside the area of a custodial facility such as Long Bay prison hospital.
After that Magistrate Margaret Quinn approved and ordered Mahe be taken to Cumberland Hospital by authorities for mental health assessment, then the magistrate said that if Mahe was not kept at Cumberland she should be brought back into custody as per the normal course and anytime she was released in the next six months she should be brought back into custody.
