(MENAFN) Woman falls asleep during a flight and wakes up around midnight a few hours after the flight landed as Ms Adams said on Facebook, Tiffani Adams was flying from Quebec to Toronto on 9 June and when she woke up she was freezing cold and still buckled into her seat in the darkness, when the aircraft has already landed as she said.
Ms Adams called Tiffani's friend Deanna Dale and told her where she was when her phone died less than a minute into the call because she couldn't charge her phone as the plane had been shut down, while Air Canada has confirmed the incident happened and is investigating.
While she was on the plane, Ms Adams found a flashlight in the cockpit of the plane and tried to attract attention, Tiffani was found by a luggage cart operator who she claimed was in shock she also said that she had experienced reoccurring night terrors.
Air Canada staff offered her limousine and a hotel but she refused there offer, and said she wanted to go home as quickly as possible.
She also said that representatives from Air Canada had called her twice to investigate and apologize to her, Ms Adams' account to multiple publications was checking out the incident as air Canada said.
