(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, June 17, 2019, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States, received here today the United Kingdom's ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Simon Collis.
During the meeting, they reviewed GCC-UK relations and ways of consolidating them in various fields within framework of the strategic partnership between the two sides. They also reviewed the latest security and political developments in the region as well as challenges and escalation threatening the regional security and peace. They also discussed issues of common interest.
