(MENAFN- UkrinForm) President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky plans to strengthen the fight against corruption by introducing innovative digital technologies.
"All the innovations are very close to me. I decided to go into politics to fight the main problem - corruption. But I understand that the fight against corruption means, primarily, innovations and digital. Our idea is to make the country in a smartphone," Zelensky said at a meeting with the management of Europe's largest startup incubator Station F in Paris, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He noted that he feels at ease and very comfortable among IT industry professionals.
"Now we are gathering a very powerful team of young people. We are working on this program," the President said.
He expressed the hope that top-level IT professionals will stay and work in Ukraine.
