(MENAFN) A memorandum of understanding was sealed between LG's IT service subsidiary LG CNS Co. and U.S-based Microsoft Corp. on cooperation.
Under the agreement, the two giants will be jointly creating cloud-based enterprise solutions, planning to develop a task force team for the purpose.
Both sides, as per the deal, will be using the team to come up with groupware solutions founded on Microsoft's cloud and Windows 10 and Office 365.
LG CNS confirmed that the two sides are looking to join hands with LG affiliates and other Korean companies to carry out marketing within Asian countries.
