(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: The Embassy of Philippines in Dhaka organised 'Kalayaan 2019' at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden to celebrate 121st National Day of Philippines. Vicente Vivencio Bandillo, Ambassador of Philippines and his spouse hosted the event.
Nurul Islam Sujon, Minister of Railways, Bangladesh, attended the event as the Chief Guest. High ranking diplomats from over forty countries including Ambassadors from Spain, Oman, Japan, Italy, UAE, Netherlands and Brazil were also present on the occasion.
The minister and ambassador of Philippines both held speeches at the beginning of the programme.
