Turkey convicts deadly attack in Somalia's Mogadishu


(MENAFN) On Saturday, Turkey convicted terror attacks in the Somali capital Mogadishu that murdered eight people.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry stated in a statement, "We received the news with deep sorrow that the terrorist attack perpetrated in Mogadishu, resulted in loss of many lives and left several others wounded".

The statement affirmed, "We strongly condemn this heinous attack, wish Allah's mercy upon those who lost their lives, a speedy recovery to the wounded and extend our condolences to the brotherly people and Government of Somalia".

On Saturday, two car bomb blasts murdered as many as nine people and injured 25 others.
