When asked why officially certifying as a WOSB was important to CIMx, President McLane responded, "Women are the driving force behind the next wave in manufacturing. There is increasing interest among women in STEM programs and the shortage in skilled labor has generated a demand that has already begun to change the face of production. Every year we see more women at the helm of traditionally male-controlled industries, so it's important for young women to see our progress if they dream to lead that change in the future."
