Qatar- ICC to hold cultural events every week

Doha: The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), along with all ICC Associate Organisations, Indian Schools and Indian Cultural Institutions in Qatar, will stage cultural shows every Wednesday evening at the Ashoka Hall in the ICC Premises.

It will provide a suitable platform and opportunity for associate organisations of different states of India to showcase their culture. Admission to these programmes will be free for all. The Managing Committee of ICC urged the Indian Community members to mark the calendar and attend these events.

'Journey of Ragas will be the first of the series of these programmes which will be held today, at 7 pm in ICC Ashoka Hall.

ICC is the official body of Indian expatriate community functioning under the Embassy of India for the purpose of advancement of sports, social and cultural activities of the Indian community.

ICC is also the platform to serve the interest of Indians residing in Qatar. The proclaimed objective of ICC includes promoting the rich Indian culture among Qatari nationals and expatriates of all other nationalities living in Qatar.
