Afghanistan- 4 civilians killed in landmine blast in Logar


(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Four civilians have been killed including twowomen info-iconin a landmine blast that ripped through their vehicle in Charkh district of central Logar province, the governor's house said yesterday.

The blast took place in Dir area of the district on Wednesday, the governor's house said in a statement, accusing the insurgents of planting the bomb.

It said four civilians, including two women and two men, were killed in the blast. The victims were travelling to meet their relatives on the occasion of Eidul Fitr.
