(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BAGHDAD, June 3 (KUNA) -- At least four soldiers were killed and four others wounded in a terrorist attack in Al-Tarmiyeh district, north Baghdad, on Monday.
Unidentified assailants ambushed the soldiers who were on a military operation in the area to track down wanted terrorists, the security media department said in a statement tonight.
The assailants used an explosive device and then opened fire at the soldiers before fleeing the scene, the statement added. (end)
