An Iraqi man posted a clip on social media, sharing his amazement to Abu Dhabi Distribution Company's response after he reported an electricity outage at his villa.
In the clip, an ADDC team can be been connecting his house to a huge mobile power generator at his place until power was restored.
The touched expat can be heard in the clip reacting to the quick response to his complaint.
He added that such service can only be expected in the UAE, highlighting the country's care and concern for its residents.
