HOTCHKISS, Colo. - May 25, 2019 -PRLog-- The main encampment of the Traveling Shamans Camp will be at the Fairgrounds in Hotchkiss. Sacred lodges and workshops will be at The Shamanic Arts Center just three blocks from the Fairgrounds where several Traveling Shamans are planning sweat lodges, a medicine wheel workshop, a drum journey lodge and a plant medicine ceremony in the Center's ceremonial tipi and it's on grounds sweat lodge.
Open Mic back at the main camp will feature musicians, storytellers, performers as well as poets (Art Goodtimes will read his poetry). plus Shamanic Trance Dance by Big River John and a Dance of World Peace by Bernie Heideman.
The huge meeting hall - Heritage Hall will house healer and vendor booths, while Malony House also at the Fairgrounds will be the gathering place for several massage therapists offering massages and Cami Esser, our crystal bowl playing angel offering sound baths.
