Leopard attacks, kills toddler in Uganda

(MENAFN) Sky News declared that a child, aged three, has been attacked and killed by a leopard after he followed a babysitter outside at a national park in Uganda, as the animal kept nothing but the skull of the boy.

It added that the leopard was hiding close and attacked the child before pulling him into the woods at Queen Elizabeth National Park, a famous tourist destination.

Bashir Hangi, Uganda Wildlife Authority spokesman announced: "The rangers immediately swung into action [and] searched for the baby but they found only a skull in the morning under a tree."

The toddler, called Elisha Nabugyere, was the son of a woman employed as a ranger at the park.
