Lebanon, Belarus agree to enhance cooperation in industrial fields


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Lebanon and Belarus inked a pact to enhance industrial collaboration between the both nations, the National News Agency reported.

Lebanon's industry minister was quoted as stating during the ceremony that was held to ink this pact, "This is the first step for adopting a framework of cooperation between Lebanon and Belarus by increasing exchange on the industrial level between the two countries".

Abou Faour added that Lebanese businessmen will visit Belarus and join exhibitions in the country to identify the extent to which Lebanon's industrial sector can cater to this new market.

In the meantime, Ambassador of Belarus in Lebanon Yury Sluka affirmed the significance of this pact which will increase collaboration between businessmen in both nations.
