(MENAFN - The Holmes Report) SAN FRANCISCO — Enero Group-owned Hotwire will be rolling up Australian sister agency Precinct into its brand July 1. Precinct, which is based in Sydney and Melbourne, brings expertise in strategic marketing, branding, design, stakeholder relations, events and internal communications, Hotwire said in announcing the merger. The firm's Australian strategy and marketing services team will be led by former Precinct managing director Jaime Nelson, who joins Hotwire Australia as managing director, strategy and marketing services.
SINGAPORE — Wachsman has appointed Danny Phan as managing director, APAC. Phan will oversee and lead the strategic growth of the Singapore-based office and the wider region. Most recently, Phan was the regional managing director for Teneo Singapore and Southeast Asia, and previously held leadership roles at Ogilvy and Burson-Marsteller.
HONG KONG — The PRCA has signed a three-year memorandumof understanding for mutual cooperation' with PRHK, which represents PR and communications practitioners across Hong Kong. The agreement will enable both organisations and their members to work together on raising industry standards, as well as joint events. The PRCA represents 30,000 practitioners across the UK, Middle East & North Africa and Southeast Asia, having opened in Dubai in 2016 and in Singapore last year. PRHK, established in 2001 and until last year known as the Council of Public Relations Firms of Hong Kong, represents 30 of the biggest agencies in the city.
SINGAPORE —GroupM, WPP's media investment management group, has announced the Asia Pacific rollout of its influencer marketing solution, INCA. Leveraging GroupM's scale, INCA connects brands to the widest network of trusted publishers and influencers to create and promote content in social channels and beyond to drive brand engagement across digital platforms. INCA allows clients to run campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and TikTok and is now available in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. It will be accessible to more APAC markets by the end of 2019.
NEW DELHI — Smartphone company Honor has appointed Mullen Lintas as its creative agency. The agency won the creative mandate following a multi-agency pitch held in New Delhi recently. The agency will conceptualize and develop communication strategy to support Honor's long-term vision of providing best quality products for young consumers.
NEW DELHI — TopSocial, an open-market place for influencers, has launched in India. Backed by TopSocial China, it aims to consolidate, evolve and organise India's influencer marketing space.
