Thousands of Algerian students protest against regime


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ALGIERS, May 21 (KUNA) -- Thousands of Algerian students in several Algerian states participated in their fourth march in Ramadan, demanding the departure of the ruling elites connected with the regime of ousted president Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
The students organized several marches throughout several streets in the capital Algiers, carrying banners that expressed their rejection of the interim president, and the elections scheduled for 4 July.
Students have also carried out marches in other cities, during which they stressed their continuing protest every Tuesday until the regime is changed. (end)
