KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - May 17, 2019 (Investorideas.com Newswire) Blühen Botanicals, an emerging hemp cannabidiol (CBD) company, opened its first retail wellness location on May 17, in parallel with the company's presenting sponsorship of Knoxville's Rhythm N' Blooms music festival. Coinciding with this opening, Blühen begins selling the company's premium CBD hemp products online.
The 4,086 sq. ft. retail store is located in Knoxville's Old City at 111 E. Jackson Ave. The retail space includes Blühen products for purchase: full spectrum hemp extract oil, softgels, premium hemp flower, pre-rolls, hemp vaporizers, oil, and more. The flagship location will also offer a lounge, community meeting and event space, and a café featuring hemp seed-infused food and beverages.
"Our retail wellness location includes small batch food, snacks, coffee, tea, and hand-selected craft beer and cocktails - all of which were developed in partnership with community artisans," said Joe Fox, Blühen Botanicals' Co-Founder and CEO.
Blühen's flagship location will also host events and activities promoting hemp education and overall wellness: educational workshops, yoga, DIY lessons, etc. "Our staff will educate local customers about the benefits of hemp, while also providing them with premium products," added Fox.

Earlier this year, international cannabis business, SOL Global Investments Corp., announced a $30.06 million investment in Blühen as part of its plan to diversify into hemp-related businesses through HeavenlyRx Holdings. This investment will allow Blühen to continue to grow at a rapid pace with plans to open multiple retail locations across the southeastern U.S., including a location in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. later this year.
