(MENAFN) An afghan owner of a store has been convicted in strangling a Pakistani man and attacking him with a knife in the parking lot of a mall in Dubai.
The Court of First Instance has handed the man a 15 years sentence in prison, and deportation after serving the sentence.
The court has acquitted his brother of the premeditated murder charge.
A Pakistani security guard declared: "I was on duty, when at 11.10pm I spotted on the surveillance cameras two men dragging another and forcing him inside a car trunk. They were in the basement level parking."
