(MENAFN) Speaking in Lebanon, an ambassador criticized the United States heavily for being an obstruction to the formation on an international system founded on justice, balance and diversity.
Russian Ambassador to Lebanon Alexander Zasypkin stressed: "the United States is trying to eliminate international legitimacy, disrupt strategic security, expand the arms race and ignite financial and economic wars, sectarian and ethnic conflicts and coups in several countries around the world."
Addressing university graduates, the envoy highlighted Russia's support to efforts aimed at tackling such problems.
Zasypkin added: "our adversaries are making extraordinary efforts to falsify history and mislead public opinion about the Russia's policies and actions in order to facilitate their anti-Russian actions and policies."
