Most UK stores sell diet pills to minors: BBC report

(MENAFN) The BBC revealed that boots, Superdrug and Holland & Barrett have breached their own policies by selling diet pills to a girl, aged 17, without asking for ID.

The teenage actress, working with BBC Watchdog, managed to purchase diet pills in 17 out of 18 stores visited.

A single branch of Boots was the only store to reject the undercover actress the sale because she didn't carry an ID.

When confronted with the results, all the retailers vowed to response.
