(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Renaissance Services has been awarded the Muscat Securities Market's (MSM) Quality Disclosure Award 2019. The award honoured the best eight listed companies in maintaining benchmark standards in disclosures.
The award ceremony was held at the MSM investors' hall, under the auspices of H E Abdullah bin Salim al Salmi, executive president of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in the presence of a number of CMA officials and executives of listed companies, a press release said.
The awards initiative is part of the efforts made by the CMA to promote disclosure and raise awareness about transparency and importance of disclosing interim and material information.
'At Renaissance we are proud of our governance structure, record for disclosure and reputation for transparency. The recognition of this award gives us great encouragement and motivation,' said Vishal Goenka, chief financial officer of Renaissance Services.
