(MENAFN) Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) for the fifth consecutive year has distributed Iftar packages for fasting people on the streets of Doha during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The 'Iftar Boxes' campaign under the slogan 'Al Baraka Fekom' by QCS, is held in collaboration with Al Meera Consumer Goods Co.
The initiative purposes to ease the fasting of those who work outdoors. Packages contain water, juice, milk, cake and dates, in addition to messages about the significance of a healthy lifestyle to prevent diseases like cancer.
