(MENAFN- UkrinForm) FRESH PRODUCTION GROUP company presented documentary From Ukraine to Hollywood to the Ukrainian State Film Agency.
'Few people know that our compatriots played a big role in the creation of the famous dream factory, appearance of the Oscars and contributed to the production of the best American films that left a mark in the history of world cinema. Almost all of them received a star on the Walk of Fame, Oscar or Golden Globe award," the press service of the Ukrainian State Film Agency reports.
This project became one of the winners of the 10th Competitive Selection of the Ukrainian State Film Agency. The film is directed by Halyna Kuvivchak-Sakhno and Stanislav Suknenko, the script was written by Stanislav Suknenko. The producers of the movie are Oleh Scherbyna and Yulia Cherniavska.
The amount of state financial support for the project is UAH 2.7 million with a total production cost of UAH 3.5 million.
The documentary was shot in Ukraine and the United States.
