(NYSE: MLM ), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. This dividend, which represents a cash dividend of $1.92 per share on an annualized basis, is payable on June 28, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2019. This marks Martin Marietta's 100th successive quarterly cash dividend since becoming a public company in 1994.
