The "Bimini" model is a 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home with a second floor open great room, dining area, and master suite with guest bath, including an ocean view sunrise balcony.
The floor includes 2-car garage, large entry, two guest bedrooms with full bath and utility room. The downstairs opens to a lanai with sunset views.
