(MENAFN) Lebanon secured a protocol deal with Brazil, aiming to strengthen parliamentary collaboration between the two sides.
Under the protocol document, Lebanon and Brazil will deepen their parliamentary ties within the equality principle and common benefits.
Both sides, as per the agreement, will also be sharing knowledge on businesses related to their parliaments.
House Speaker Nabih Berri stated "the friendship between the two countries is historic due to the presence of a big number of Lebanese citizens in Brazil since a very long time ago."
