Most of daily turnover at Baku Stock Exchange accounts for REPO operations

Turnover of securities at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) amounted to 7.9 million manats on April 30, Trend reports referring to BSE.

Most of the recent transactions accounted for REPO operations. The daily volume of these operations on the stock exchange exceeded 7 million manats.

The transactions on bonds in the secondary market accounted for 951,000 manats.

During the day, deals were concluded on manat bonds of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan (931,700 manats) and US bonds of the Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR ($11,300).

The volume of transactions in the secondary stock market of the BSE amounted to 1,900 manats. During the day, 1,300 stock transactions were concluded.
