(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Under the patronage of HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah, HE the Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces Lieutenant General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen al-Ghanem inaugurated on Sunday the Military Medical Training Center, which was established in co-operation with Hamad International Training Center.
The Military Medical Training Center of the Qatar Armed Forces is the first medical training centre for military medical services. The centre includes many medical, health and administrative training courses.
The commander of Medical Services, Brigadier General Nasser Mohamed al-Kaabi said that the centre aims to provide training courses for medical cadres who will form the future nucleus of the Military Medical Training Center under the supervision of Hamad International Training Center.
The Medical Services of the Armed Forces also launched its website in the presence of the Chief of Staff. A presentation was also made on the main contents of the website. The website allows visitors to follow up on media coverage and events organised or shared by medical services and medical centres of the Armed Forces.
The website aims to highlight the medical and health benefits of the members of the Armed Forces and visitors of the website.
