(MENAFN) The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) declared that it had arrested 9 suspects of terror crimes in the country's Far East and North Caucasus.
The FSB nabbed 4 suspected terrorists in Russia's Far Eastern Primorsky Territory.
The suspects, loyal to the militant terrorist group Jama'at al-Tawhid wal-Jihad (Organization of Monotheism and Jihad), have plotted burglaries of local businessmen in intentions to head to Syria to join the hostilities there.
The suspects remained in contact with foreign terrorist emissaries, according to (FSB).
