(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) Two people allegedly involved in the gunning down of independent electoral candidate Fidel Ãlvarez were arrested on Tuesday, April 23, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office (MP).
Ãlvarez was killed on March 31, in a public area in the sector known as the Golden Frog. Another person who was with Ãlvarez at the time of the shooting was also killed.
