(MENAFN) Oman Aviation Group is looking to generate as much as USD6 billion with a purpose to fund plans to strengthen the aviation sector in the Sultanate.
This comes while Oman started launching initiatives to steer clear of its reliance on oil and boost its non-oil sectors.
Local and global banks received appeals from the Omani group for the funds, with a projection to win its first trance by June of next year.
CEO Mustafa Al-Hinai confirmed "we're looking at different financial tools and evaluating which we're going for."
