Qatar- Deputy Amir receives new Ambassadors

Deputy Amir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani with the Ambassador of New Zealand, Matthew Hawkins, at the Amiri Diwan, yesterday. H H the Deputy Amir received yesterday the credentials of six new ambassadors to the State.

Deputy Amir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani received yesterday at the Amiri Diwan office the credentials of six new Ambassadors to the State.

H H the Deputy Amir received the credentials of the Ambassador of the Republic of Portugal, Ricardo Eduardo Vaz Pereira Pracana; the Ambassador of Brunei, Darussalam Mohamed Bahrin bin Paduka Haji Abu Bakar; the Ambassador of the Republic of Peru, Jose Arsenio Benzaquen Perea; the Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua, Mohammed Mohammed Ferrara Lashtar; the Ambassador of New Zealand, Matthew Hawkins; and the Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Rashid Sesay.

H H the Deputy Amir welcomed the new Ambassadors and wished them success in their missions and the relations between the State of Qatar and their countries further progress and prosperity. Their Excellencies the Ambassadors conveyed the greetings of leaders of their countries to H H the Amir and H H the Deputy Amir and their best wishes for the Qatari people of further progress and prosperity. Their Excellencies the Ambassadors received earlier an official reception ceremony at the Amiri Diwan.
