(MENAFN) Jordan expressed on Sunday its deep denouncement to deadly terrorist attacks which struck several churches and hotels in Sri Lanka.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of the ugly terrorist attacks against innocent worshippers and civilians in Sri Lanka," stated Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi.
Foreign Minister Safadi added "our deepest condolences... We strongly condemn these horrific crimes as we stand together in the fight against terrorism and its ideology of hate."
Sri Lanka was struck on Sunday with a number of bombings, causing 138 people to lose their lives and inflicting almost 500 others with injuries.
