Adding to the register of on-schedule project milestones in Phase one of the Meisterstadt Batam mega-block construction project is Tower A3. The Topping Off of Tower A3 today follows closely after the Topping Off for Tower A1 and A2 in mid-January and March 2019 respectively.

The Topping Off ceremony was held today at Swissbell Hotel Harbor Bay, Batam and was attended by the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT Pollux Barelang Megasuperblok and PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk.

At the event today, Maikel Tanuwidjaya, Sales and Marketing Director of PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk., provided a preview to Tower A5 – the fourth tower to be developed in the first phase of the mega-block construction project.
Tower A5 contains 385 units and is available in various sizes: Studio (24m2), 1 Bedroom (49m2), 2 Bedroom (66m2) and 3 Bedroom (80m2) with prices ranging from Rp1.6 billion (2 Bedroom) to Rp.2 billion (3 Bedroom). It will also feature penthouse units. Only 88 apartments are currently available for sale.
"Unlike other towers, Tower A5 will be offered on a more exclusive basis. We believe this tower will win the hearts of our investors and clients. Response has been overwhelming and it's been oversubscribed twice over since it was marketed last month," explained Maikel Tanuwidjaya.
The Meisterstadt mega superblok is a 9 hectare multi-functional development project. It will feature 11 skyscrapers including 8 apartment towers with 6500 units, 1 hotel, 1 international hospital, malls, shops and 1 office tower with a plan of 100 floors. The Gross Project Development cost exceeds USD 1 Billion for what is to be the largest project in Batam. The area is designed with reference to the standard German city which integrates apartment buildings with offices and hospitals.
"Meisterstadt was built with the aim of creating world-class commercial area that supports the activities of the Asian free trade zone for the city of Batam," said Maikel Tanuwidjaya.

The first three apartment towers - A1, A2 and A3 feature 1,575 units of 1 Bedroom (24.82m2), 1 Bedroom Plus (42.51m2) and 2 Bedroom (51.59m2) units with prices from Rp400 million to Rp1.1 billion. Also in this phase are 113 shop units available at Rp3 billion and malls with food and beverage (F & B) and entertainment. Tower A1 and A2 were completely sold out in just one day, while 70 percent of Tower A3 is sold.
