(MENAFN) Botswana will seize the opportunity to boost its ties with China through the 2019 Belt and Road for International Cooperation (BRF).
Permanent secretary in Botswana ministry of transport and communications Kabelo Ebineng affirmed that this year's BRF will level up trust and collaboration between the country and China.
"China and other forum parties, Botswana included, will be taking stock of what has been achieved and draw a blueprint to further enrich cooperation on the initiative," the permanent secretary stressed.
"Our friendship is beneficial to both of us," Ebineng noted after adding that Transport and Communications Minister Dorcas Makgato will represent Botswana in the event set for April 25-27.
