Rabat, Apr 20, 2019, SPA -- Workings of the 5th session of the Islamic Scientific, Educational and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Executive Office for Environment kicked off here today, on a ministerial level and in collaboration with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection.
Addressing the opening session, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Osman Al-Tuwaijiri, the Director General of the ISESCO extended thanks of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the generous support and attention he paid for the causes of environment protection, in general and the organization, in particular, the King provide it, with.
He also extended thanks to the Moroccan Monarch Mohammed VI for taking care of the ISESCO and the Islamic conference that held three of its latest sessions, in Morocco.
The Saudi delegation to the session is led by the President of the General Authority of Meteorology Dr. Khalil bin Musleih Al-Thaqafi.
