(MENAFN) Reports announced that the United States and the European Union (EU) affirmed their willingness to keep on joining hands with Ukraine despite the outcome of the presidential election.
The U.S. is determined to collaborate with anyone Ukraine citizens pick as president, stressed U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch.
The EU is committed to strengthen its relations with Ukraine, assured head of the EU delegation to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli.
Mingarelli added "the EU will continue to support the Ukrainian people, regardless of the outcome of the elections, in order to promote democracy, modernization of Ukraine and European integration."
