Holz provided an update as to his activities in the music world along with a review of his endorsements with Canopus Drums and Paiste Cymbals.
Jazz artist Bob Holz released a new album, "Silverthorne" featuring Mike Stern and Randy Brecker on MVD Audio on February 8th, 2019. Holz got his start playing nationally with guitar great Larry Coryell. Holz and Coryell recorded two albums together. Bob previously recorded with Mike Stern and Randy Brecker on his first album, A Vision Forward in 2015.
Bob Holz (drums) is one of the USA's most experienced and in-demand drummers and composers. Bob attended Berklee School of Music and later studied with Dave Weckl, Billy Cobham and Clayton Cameron. He has played on countless live and studio recordings, movie sound tracks and theatrical productions.
Along the way he has shared the stage with a slew of legends in the music business, including Peter Tosh, The Outlaws, Mountain, Noel Redding, Robben Ford, Foghat, Molly Hatchet, Head East, Benny Mardones and many others.
