Jobs not threatened by tech: Egypt


(MENAFN) Egypt does not consider technology as a way to close job opportunities, affirmed Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Amr Talaat.

Technology enhances the way of life and provides a simpler, improved and quicker future, the Egyptian minister stressed at a technological summit held in Cairo.

Growing human skills ought to be well-matched with the fourth industrial revolution, the minister asserted.

Programmers, web designers and e-security and data entry experts in France saw the opening of 1.2 million employment opportunities, Talaat pointed out.
