(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: Biman Bangladesh Airlines has become the Airlines Partner of Bangamata U-19 Women's International Gold Cup 2019 football tournament which will be held from April 22 – May 3 at Dhaka.
A signing ceremony was held between the organising institution K-Sports and Biman Bangladesh Airlines on April 4 at the carrier's head office in the capital. Shakil Meraj, General Manager – Public Relations, Biman Bangladesh Airlines and Fahad M A Karim, CEO, K-Sports signed the contract on behalf of their respective organisations.
Shamsul Karim, General Manager – Marketing and Sales, Salahuddin Ahmed, Deputy General Manager – Marketing and Sales, Tasmin Akhter, Manager – Public Relations from Biman Bangladesh Airlines and Ashfaq Ahmad, Director and Mahbubur Rashid, Chief Operating Officer from K-Sports were also present on the occasion.
Bangamata U-19 Women's International Gold Cup 2019 will be the first tournament of such kind in Bangladesh. Including Bangladesh, u-19 women's national football teams from Mongolia, Tajikistan, Laos, United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan will participate in the tournament.
